Hey friend! I’m Aurora, your farmer at Schul Farmstead!
On my 1.5 acre regenerative farm in Cambria, New York, I grow vegetables, herbs, microgreens, & flowers without any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.
When I made a career shift to farming, I didn’t want to be a part of the problem. I wanted to grow food in a way that would positively impact the environment, soil, & you.
That’s why I’m committed to growing spray-free, nutrient-dense, in-season produce for YOU while creating a diverse ecosystem where beneficial insects thrive & seed biodiversity is preserved.
I grow a wide variety of produce you can purchase weekly at the Lewiston Artisan Farmers Market & in CSA shares each April to December.
I teach classes using produce & flowers from my farm to familiarize you with the gifts each season brings to Western New York.
I grow heirloom variety garden seedlings, in an organic seed starting mix so you can delight in growing a few backyard veggies, herbs, & flowers.
Let’s connect so you can experience the difference eating locally & spray-free will make on your health!
Peace, love, & veggies,
Aurora

If you’re buying fresh produce, make sure you’re storing it correctly!
