Yoga in the Orchard: Autumn Equinox Yoga & Bouquet Bar

Class is located in the apple orchards at Senek Farms near the corner of Dickersonville Rd & Youngstown-Wilson Rd in Ransomville, NY.
Bring your yoga mat and surround yourself with apples – the symbol of this equinox & the harvest of life.
Among the apple trees, Jess of Senek Farms will help us to align our energies with the Autumnal Equinox with an hour-long yoga sequence and meditation.
After yoga, you’ll savor warm, spiced apple cider crafted with Senek Farms apples.
Before you leave the apple orchards, craft a bouquet of pesticide-free local flowers from Aurora of Schul Farmstead, to bring beauty and protection into your home.

Winter Solstice Yoga & Intention Setting Class

With low music, candle glow, & a crackling fireplace, we’ll light the way as we come to the darkest nights of the season.
Jess of Senek Farms & Senek Botanicals will guide you in an hour-long gentle, flowing yoga sequence & meditation.
After yoga, you’ll savor warm tea, cider, & pastries made with locally grown herbs & fruit.
You’ll be guided in an intentions setting activity by Aurora of Schul Farmstead, deciding what you want to leave behind as you enter the next season (fears, goals, mindsets, etc.) as you decorate evergreen intention wands.
The evergreen intention wand is yours to take home to burn or bury when you are ready to leave behind this season & enter anew.
