If you’re looking to be a little daring in the kitchen, my farm’s herbal cane sugars might be the way to go!
I started blending dried versions of my farm’s herbs with organic cane sugar – and customers really seemed inclined to give the jars a try!
Throughout the year I sell a diverse and rotating variety of the farm’s herbs blended with organic cane sugar as a way to elevate your cooking, baking, and experiences in the kitchen.
What are Herbal Cane Sugars?
I infuse my farm’s spray-free herbs & flowers into certified organic cane sugar.
This blend of sugar & herbs creates a flavorful sweetener that can be used in lots of ways in your kitchen.
Where to Buy Herbal Cane Sugars?
You can purchase my farm’s herbal cane sugars from April to December at our farmer’s market booth in Lewiston.
Or from November 15 – December 15, 2025, you can order my farm’s line up of herbal cane sugars from my online Holiday Shop & have them ready for local pick up or shipped directly to your home.

3 Ways to Use Herbal Cane Sugars in Your Kitchen
Add into Tea

Sprinkle on Baked Goods
One of my favorite ways to use the herbal cane sugars is to sprinkle it over baked goods.
This is especially nice over cookies before they’re placed in the oven.
You get an extra dash of flavor that really creates a gourmet sweet treat.

On Cocktail Rims
This is how I originally started experimenting with herbal cane sugars in the kitchen.
Whether making cocktails or mocktails at home, lining the rim of your glass with an herbal cane sugar blend is sure to kick it up a notch.
Simply, fill a shallow bowl with some water and place the rim of the glass in the water.
Then on a small plate, spread 2 tsp of the herbal cane sugar and dip the rim in the sugar.
