Spring Equinox Class: Flow Yoga & Herbal Tea Blending

Bring your yoga mat & blend a restorative herbal tea during our Spring Equinox Class.

The Spring Equinox is a time of fertility, balance, and new life. The trees are about to burst with buds and the planting season is inching closer, as we honor rebirth.

Together we’ll tap into the soft energy of spring, of possibility, and renewal with an hour-long flow yoga sequence & meditation led by Jess of Senek Botanicals and Senek Farms.

After yoga, we’ll learn about restorative springtime herbal allies & create an herbal tea blend to enjoy at home, with Aurora of Schul Farmstead.

What to bring:

We’ll be indoors, but bring layers for maximum comfort
Yoga mat & water
a coffee cup to taste test herbal tea blends
Other options: blanket, blanket for under your mat, crystals, tarot cards, straps, blocks, any other items that you feel will make the space yours

Cookie Decorating & Dried Flower Shadow Box

Wednesday, May 6, 6:00 – 8:00pm, $58

Class will be held at Wandering Gypsy Brewing Company, 3301 Braley Rd, Ransomville / Wilson

Join Three Little Hens Baking Company, Schul Farmstead, & Wandering Gypsy Brewing Company for a crafting night with mom or the girls.

Rachel of Three Little Hens Baking Company, will teach you the skill & art of sugar cookie decorating like a pro! (and even if you aren’t a pro, you’ll have fun & your cookies will be delish!)

Aurora of Schul Farmstead, will lead you in creating a shadow box with a dried flower design of your choosing (heart, peace sign, or initial) with her pesticide-free blooms that can be hung on your wall for years to come.

And Jen of Wandering Gypsy Brewing Company, will pour your beer or make you a latte while you nibble on a charcuterie board!
