Care for Dried Flower & Evergreen Wreaths

Dried Flower Wreaths

Your dried arrangement consists of pesticide-free flowers grown & responsibly-foraged on our farm. Wreath forms are made of foraged willow & wild grapevine from our property, tied with hemp. This means they are 100% compostable.

Our beautiful dried wreaths are all-natural and handmade with real plants. As a result, some materials may shed in transit. This is normal, and we have added additional stems and flowers to compensate for any loss that may occur prior to delivery. Since these dried wreaths are made from real botanicals, they have a mild and pleasant natural scent. Our wreaths are handcrafted from all-natural materials so slight variances in color and size will occur, making every wreath unique!

Your arrangement will continue to dry & shift in appearance. To extend its life, keep out of direct sunlight. To store for next season, wrap in tissue paper and store in a cool, dry place.

All of our dried wreaths are designed for indoor use. Hang or display them indoors away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humidity.

When handling them, do so with care to minimize breaking the dried stems. With proper care, your dried wreath will last several months or longer.

When not being displayed, it is important to store your wreath in a cool, dry location away from heat and humidity. If your dried wreath needs to be dusted off, we suggest using a hairdryer on a low, no-heat setting and gently “drying” your wreath over a sink to blow off any dust.

At the end of its life it can be composted in your backyard, or you can arrange to drop it off & we can compost it on the farm.

Evergreen Wreaths

Your evergreen arrangement consists of pesticide-free greenery and flowers grown & responsibly-foraged on our farm. Wreath forms are made of foraged willow and wild grapevine from our property, or of metal.

We recommend you hang your wreath outside to extend its life in the fresh air. Climate and direct sunlight drastically affect how long your evergreens will last. Indoors, hanging your wreath in a cool location out of direct sunlight will help it live longer. When placed indoors, they will last about 3-4 weeks with proper care.

All greenery should be kept away from heat sources that may dry them out such as direct sunlight, heat vents, and open flames. Always keep evergreens away from ignition sources.

Wreaths and swags absorb moisture through their cut ends. To properly care for them if displayed indoors, spritz the back with water every 2-3 days. Evergreens will drink the water, and you will find your wreath to be more fragrant and last longer.

At the end of its life it can be composted in your backyard, or you can arrange to drop it off & we can compost it on the farm.

Enjoy the fragrant aroma of evergreens without the guilt. Customers concerned about their carbon footprint, who can’t make sense of whether it is better to buy a live Christmas tree or an artificial one, can avoid the entire debate by filling their home with our sustainable evergreen products. There is no harm to the forest through sustainable bough harvesting, and our evergreen products naturally biodegrade.
